Food, Light & Temperature makes up the majority of variables that impact our body.

Buy from a local farmers market, shop at the outer aisle of the supermarket.

As the earth moves around the sun, the environment changes and our food ecosystem adapts. Animals migrate, various plants are seasonal with sunlight and temperature changes. This is a well-known pattern for the human body.

Reduce variety and eat slowly to retrain the body’s nutrition sensors. We do not eat fat, carbs, protein, vitamins, etc. we eat food. If we give our bodies only food from the environment in the quantities and ratios it understands, then it will tell you what to eat more and less of.

Example experiment: fast for at least 14 hours, then when you are hungry get 2 whole foods and put them in front of you. Sit and listen to which one you want to go for first. Repeat this until you can clearly understand which one your body is telling you to eat more and less of. Eat slowly and eat as much as you want. Examples: Broccoli vs Watermelon. Broccoli vs Pork Belly. Steak vs Liver. No Real Food is off-limits.

Axiom: The sun is the prime mover. The environment changes and adapts to the pattern of sun exposure; night & day, seasons.

Assumption: Our bodies were trained on a pattern of environmental input variables over many thousands of years that brought us to an optimal state.

Therefore,

The ‘cause’ of modern diseases will always be the changes in the environment humans have adapted to, and the ‘effects’ can both create or reverse many diseases they have and will have in the future.

Hypothesis: All environmental variables on the body, should be in sync, and applied in patterns that the body has adapted to for thousands of years to prevent and reverse modern diseases.
